Hole 14
At 514 yards off the back tees, this is a challenging hole and a potential card wrecker. The tee shot is to an up-slope protected by bunkers left and right. At the brow the fairway curves gently left, mirroring the curve of the 14th. Get your drive to the brow and you’ll have a good view of the pin down the slope. From the brow you’ve still got a long way to go. Getting on in 3 here is excellent.
The green is well protected and slopes right to left. Anything played to the left of the green is likely to run off to the fringe. Keep right and you can get it down in two.
Walking away with a par or a bogey on this par 5 is acceptable to even the best players.
